As a Financial Consultant for Real Estate, Government Guaranteed Financing, Unsecured, Asset Based Lending & financing facilities to non-profits &  private companies.  He primarily serves the Florida Market and nationally for larger transactions.

Rick has over 20 years of Real Estate acquisition & lending experience with key knowledge of Business Ownership, Commercial Real Estate Lending, SBA Programs & Residential Loan programs.   

Prior to becoming Self Employed in January, 2007:  he was Vice President for MainStreet Lender, a non-bank SBA Lender and primarily serviced the State of Florida.   From June 2004 to December 2006, he was a Sen. Vice President of the Florida Commercial Lending Office for First Integrity National Bank.  Prior to June 2004, he was a Vice President, Financial Consultant and Commercial Business Banker for First Union National Bank/Wachovia National Bank specializing in business development, assisting business owners with debt restructuring, growth, acquisition and expansion with monetary needs.   Prior to January 2000, he was manager of a Residential Correspondent Lender based in Southwest, FL initiating their commercial lending division and managing a staff of 15.

Rick is married, has four children, two step sons, and lives in Punta Gorda and has offices

 located in Punta Gorda, Ft. Myers and Bonita Springs, Florida.
